is maharashtra the most elligible state

i had come across an article 20 days back in a national newspaper that marathi guys are the least employable as they can hardly converse in colloquial english.and after 10 days there was a article titled shiv sena fighting for marathi rights.when the whole country is crying out to shed out reservations in educational institutions and private business corporations,it is absolutely a shameful announcement by the politicians.how can the bpos and malls recruit them, when they are not at all employable.if such will be the fate, marathis won't be given jobs in any other poart of the country and they will be driven out of other states.what do the shiv sainiks think of their prowess.they cant change the value system for their selfishness.and again from their side they are telling to thrash bihari youth.they is no point in thrashing unless fresh disputes arise once again.it is the marathis who should be shameful for their behaviour.they do not know how to behave the elders.they call tu,use slangs, rubbish words.it is they who should be penalised and thrashed.mumba`i is developed due to the contribution of people from the other parts of the country, not marathis.they should carefully keep this in mind.if everyone leaves mumbai the marathis cannot upgrade mumbai.
